Many Rivers is an artwork based off the dreamtime story of our Rainbow serpent.
Long ago when the earth was flat our serpent was one of the dreamtime gods who held great powers and gave shape to our earth, Its body created our rivers & lakes and waterways.
When the serpent rose from the ground it created huge ridges and mountains.
Today the rainbow serpent is associated with traditional ceremonies about fertility, Abundance & the keeper of peace.
